Afternoon all,

I am newish to map editing and am going through sections where I used to live for a long time and updating/verifying speed limits. Some segments of the same road are locked out for me, which is annoying as they have wrong speed limits. Are these able to be unlocked? I am only editing areas where I am very familiar (drove around there for 7+ years).
