It would be largely unnecessary. It would make much more sense to add Mexico and Central America to the NA server.

If it is possible, so, i think it is better than two diferent servers... What is the difficult for that? Who can do that?

I dont complain about the World Server. I too think it is unnecessary. It would be cool to have a Costa Rican Server! But then again, unnecessary...
