Sure, but that's purely theoretical, Robin, because maybe for you it's no problem to spend 10 years in litigation up to and including the European Court in Strassbourg to prove your point, but 99,99% of people can't afford that stress. Financially or mentally. I.o.w. 99,99% of people will (have to) give up and consequently lose that case IRL.

Don't you all have some kind of web browser on your "smart" phones? Isn't there already places on Internet where you can find location of speed traps and speed cams? Is your smartphone with a functional web browser illegal as well?
