Yes, the roads are paved. But it it’s going to be a hassle, I’ll just let someone else later add the roads.

Take a quick look at the new roads connected to 600 E that turbomkt added. The link below will take you to the area where he thinks that the new houses are being built, but both he and I are unsure of the exact spot where the new roads connect. 600 E is now unlocked so that you can adjust where they connect and finish adding the new subdivision. He also added them as a private road, and once you get them into their final spot, you can change them from private road to a street. For an even more complete edit, you can also add in the addresses to the streets from the developers website so someone searching for an address will get routed to their new home!

This looks like the other side of the same street. What edit are you trying to make?

Note that using Control+Click you can select multiple segments at once.
 

How new is this? Utah GIS is usually pretty accurate with upcoming developments and I don't see it in there. Nor do I see any GPS data for new roads.

OK...that has some useful information. Are the roads paved yet?
