Update on blank left panel when clicking a segment

We hope you're doing well,
For some time, some of you have experienced a blank left side panel when clicking a segment. To solve this issue, we'll be performing a clean up of almost 400k "corrupted" street names in ROW, 14 in NA and 21 in IL. Almost none of the street names are associated with segments and thus, the cleanup will not have any negative effects. We'll be starting the cleanup in IL and NA, and moving forward with ROW if the results are as expected.

More information:
- As part of our infrastructure improvements, we've been looking into our database. We found almost 400k street names in ROW, 14 in NA and 21 in IL that are not connected to any segment.
- In ROW, the 400k street names are associated with 608 non-existent cities.
- In ROW, out of the 400k corrupted street names, 2468 are associated with venues. In some cases the venue is displayed with no address in the editor (because of the corrupted street/city), and in some cases the cleanup will solve the issue with the blank left panel.
- Street names that are not connected to any segment is what we call "corrupted data". While it is unclear how these street names became "corrupted", it could have happened due to manual processes done in the past, related to our database.
- We believe this kind of data is not created anymore. We'll be able to corroborate our hypothesis once the corrupted data is cleaned.
- There are 9 street names associated with 19 segments, one in Greece and the remaining 18 in Venezuela. For these specific 19 street names, we won't be performing any deletion. Your CM will reach out to the coordinators with a list of permalinks. Our suggestions are:
- To update the address: either the street, city or country or set it to none.
- To update the alternative address: city or street, or set it to none.
