Several comments:
1) either they have bad handwriting or their client has a glitch of some kind. Hopefully an update fixed it.
2) no one is checking and closing URs in that area of Iowa!

I find some areas with MANY 'stale reports'. It can not give the users a good impression of WAZE when their reports are ignored.
