Due to construction, the lane you would usually use to access the on ramp for the Grand Central Parkway in Queens no longer allows you cross over to it. How would I edit the map so people are no longer to go this way? 

For union turnpike going to the GCP. On waze map editor Segment ID: 88149951

You can no longer access the on ramp from the far left lane on union turnpike.  Google maps and Waze still tell you to take union turnpike and get into the right lane, to access the on ramp to the GCP.

However due to construction the center lanes are closed, so drivers have no choice but to stay in the left lane. Since the next on ramp to the GCP is ~2.5 miles on local streets this easily adds 8+ minutes to any trip.
