Reason: The 1604 freeway is being closed at different points nightly from 9pm to 5 am until July 4th. This was reported to me by a family member who drives this freeway. They said it seems like there are no Waze users at this time reporting the closure and traffic is at a standstill.

Do you have any articles/press releases about the closures so we can try to get them added to the app?

One thing to remember is that if the closures are rolling or at random times for short periods, there is not much we can do other than letting the app catch the slow down of traffic.

Thanks for the reply. The links below are from the local news station and the TX Dept of Transportation. They both have a list of closures on the 1604 freeway along with closures on all the other roadways in the area. 1604 is a heavily traveled freeway, so hopefully some of the closures can be added to the app to help out the drivers in this area.
