As I understand, main problem that nobody from staff reads these messages in this public forum.
There were BUGs in CC but they had been closed as solved after launch of new RT.
Instead solving problem with chat - they are going to delete mentions about it in Help Center

What is the purpose of this tools now? I don't understand how it can help someone and what can it do? Which difference RT from live-map?

It can't work correctly with alerts at all and most useful function was deleted.

Direction and voice alert are linked to each other. If you can't set correct direction of report, users don't receive voice alert when drive in this direction.

For the most part, reports added through the Reporting Tool does not generate any alert on two-way roads or one-way roads. Maybe 1 in 5 reports generate an alert. 

As we know the alerts are NOT BI-DIRECTIONAL. It will always work with the direction specified in the report... and if magvar = 0 then direction is EAST (see below)

When we were using the data feeds, we were able to provide the direction properly. 

Yet another useless tool because of poor implementation.

I will drop some code that might be helpful to devs:

Also, the reports seem to dissapear after some time... even though some of them (that were alerting the drivers) had over 2000 thumbsup and experiation was like end of 2022.
 
PS: the only good change in the new version from the old version is that now you have CONSTRUCTION as a sub-type. Previously it was only letting you to select as a type. Reports that have TYPE = CONSTRUCTION do NOT generate any alert.
Reports that have TYPE = HAZARD and SUBTYPE = HAZARD_ON_ROAD_CONSTRUCTION does generate alert (if it matches the magvar/direction). Any report with type HAZARD can generate an alert if magvar/direction matches.

I report the same problem. The page has been with the problem they report for about a week.

It seems like old permissions we had for the original tools were lost?

At least I'm not able to use it inside the area I know that I had for it.

I have submitted a CAR request for my Reporting tool POLYGON((...)) area to be restored on the same day this thread came out. As well as trying to log in (again) via multiple computers (work and home) and it doesn't work.

The CAR request did not fix it because, it has now been logged as processed by staff since yesterday and I still can't add a report today.

I just noticed but it's not longer possible to delete a report we created with the tool?

I had setup some roadworks warning for 1 month which ended earlier than planned, but now I have no option to delete them from the map like with the old tool.
