Also, I tried to report this as an issue in Live Maps, but the directions on how to do so seem to be out of date - when I go to right click my address as directed, I don't get any options for reporting a problem.

Thanks! The street is Pine Hollow (aka Pine Holw) in Amherst (01002). It's located off Pine St., near State St. I've attached a screenshot of the live map.

The issue was that  the road did not have a proper junction with Pine Street. I have fixed this in the map editor, and it should be downloaded to your device within the next day or two after the updates are transferred to the routing server.

As a side note - I renamed it to "Pine Hollow" so it is consistent with the Waze naming conventions.
