Hwy 99 Edmonds Map Update Needed

Need to update the map to reflect there are no longer left turns allowed along highway 99 through the Edmonds area. Currently construction is being performed installing a cement barrier in the center median. 

Construction is and will be from 240th St SW and Hwy 99 to 216th St SW and Hwy 99 in Edmonds, Washington 98026

I found the roll plot in the online meeting:  and will be dividing SR-99 accordingly.

Thanks for the information!
I've handed a few reports along 99 but couldn't find any information about the full extent of the median addition.

Will left turns still be possible at 240th and at 216th?
I'm assuming the major intersections with traffic lights will still have left turns ...
