Please advise how I can get in contact with someone about adding a business on Waze. I cannot make map edits as I am on level 1, I need this ASAP!!!

If you're at the location, you can use the app to add the business. Step outside with Waze running and tap the orange button. Tap Place. Add a picture and details. Submit. Local editors will review and approve if most of the details look good (picture is appropriate, name and address look good, etc).

Otherwise, I would suggest posting in the general South America forum, or in the specific region.

Based on their Wazeopedia page, the SA community is using Slack.  I'll see if I can drum up someone.
