I think we need to make Major Highways too:

T. Narbuto g., Vilnius
Pilaitės pr., Vilnius; 5212, Vilnius
(Vakarinis aplinkkelis, Vilnius has no connections from North as Major Highway)

There was plan in soviet times to connect Ozo g. with Šešuolių g.:

All roads in Vilnius usable It's small city (about 500000-600000 p.) with about 250000 cars
