Studio City, California Unlock request

Post by NBCMike
Hi Editors,

I would like to be able to edit the following segment(s).
Your help will be greatly appreciated. We have a number of guests being directed to this entrance for Universal Studios Hollywood (Theme Park).  However, this is not a theme park entrance.  It is Specifically for the studios.

It has been a long time! hah.  Thanks for looking into it.

Specifically, we get guests arriving at the private studios when coming from Forest Lawn Dr.  Could be wazers ignoring the directions when they see our private studios.

Form Forest Lawn, they should be forced to make a Left onto Barham blvd if wazing to Universal Studios Hollywood.

Hi  Mike, Long time no see.

You're pointing at the Lakeside Plaza gate by the new stages?
Strange. We haven't seen any user reports there.
We'll investigate.

I think I might have found the problem. It looks like some backend Google information was creating a high-ranked search destination for "Universal City" on the backlot. I've created a fix which seems to be working.

If you have any more of these issues, it would be extremely helpful if we knew exactly what they searched for and what they navigated to (not necessarily the same thing). I know that info might be difficult to gather, but it would surely help us in troubleshooting.

Curious - how long have these complaints been arriving?
