Map Edit Help for Temporary Road Closure

Trying to add/comment an ongoing road closure due to construction in my area, but apparently do not have permissions (newer user). Can someone with higher access please make the edits?


Details:
City: Iowa City, Iowa, USA
Road: Rochester Avenue
Issue: Closed to through traffic between Windsor Drive & Parsons Avenue due to construction (this also affects crossing/connecting streets in the area)
Official City designated detour is Ashwood Drive to Glendale Road/Jefferson Street to Parsons Avenue. 
Duration: Until sometime in Spring of 2023

Correct, there's limitations where someone has to have earned Level 3 status in order to set closures on segments. I've gone ahead and applied the closure until June 15 @ 15:00 (arbitrarily picked).

Let me know if that looks okay, also are all intersections along that stretch closed, or is cross traffic allowed at any of them?

If you happen to know if there's local access at any particular area let me know. Otherwise if the closures as entered largely handles things for now, I can go ahead and mark this as solved.

Thanks.
I believe the main issue is the area around the intersection of Rochester & 7th Avenues.
Contractor apparently wasn't able to get road repoured before freeze hit, so City closed it for the remainder of the winter.
There are some houses within the closed stretch, so there would have to be at least some measure of passability for the residents, just no through traffic allowed.
