Hi there! We can help you update the business. it will help for us to know the name, its former address and new address.

You can do one of two things:
(1) you can go into the Waze Map Editor and add the new location where it should be. Be sure to fill the fields with as much information as possible, like the address, opening hours, etc.
(2) you can use the app to do the same function as above. Just tap the orange button in the corner and select the option to add a place. It will prompt for a picture and information.

Both these options generate an update pin which one of us will approve to be added to the map.

Thanks for details.  I have added your business to the Waze app.  If your customers search your business name in the Waze app, they should be routed directly to your building.

If you replace your deep link for your map on the website to https://ul.waze.com/ul?preview_venue_id ... o_phone_QR , it will allow customers to see the location in Waze and send to their phone.

And if you use this QR code in your ads, it will help ensure that your customers are routed to your building.
