2023 Waze survey

You are correct, without the "i" and " target=" the link works as expected.
I do not know how else to bring up that the link is incorrect.

By initially looking at the link (a href). There seems to an "i" before https:// and a target=" at the very end, which could be playing with both factors of not opening the form.

I tried replicating the link without the other/both and it seemed to re-direct me to the correct form?
