[The user's request content]I used Waze last night to get to Timberline Veterinary Hospital. 12063 15th Ave NE Seattle. I approached the address heading south on 15th Ave NE. Waze instructed me to turn right on NE 123rd Street. This instruction was incorrect. It brought me to the side of the building. The parking lot and entrance are not accessible from that street. The parking lot is accessible from 15th Ave Ne and the entry door is only accessible from the parking lot. This is an animal hospital and our cat was having an emergency, so time was important, although it ultimately didn't matter for our girl. ThanksThanks,The Waze Support team

Searching by name in Waze should route onto 15th Ave NE for the end of the route, unless you were routing to a third party search result.

Can you provide information on how you searched? Did you search by name or by address? Did you use voice search or did it come from a calendar entry?

It's not obvious, but Waze does include third party search results without identifying them as such. The location was not an approved place in Waze until just now, which means you were being sent to a third party result.

I have added the place, as well as the address, in Waze. Those updates may take a bit before they make it to the app. Some of the changes I made last night should be live in a few hours but might not be a complete fix for you.

Please remove the location(s) from navigation history, then search and navigate again.

Hi - I'm the person who reported this issue. I typed in the name of the business - Timberline Vet Emergency and Specialty. The address is correct, and the result was from Waze. I also just tried it using the address only and I get the same incorrect instruction to turn onto NE 123rd.
