No it’s a bigger section, in between Both Bridges. It’s a permanent change as far as I can tell, they have put permanent  signs up. 

It looks correct right now, It was a recent speed limit change

I can give you the Segment ID's, I'm very new to the Map Editor.
These Segments are 40 now.
122284302, 194473182, 122284495, 122284515, 122284562, 122284516, 122284497, 137751291

As long as all those sections are 40, then I'm all good and you can change the permissions again.

Is it just this single segment SL reduced? I assume this is temporary for roadworks perhaps?

In that case, would you mind responding with a bigger permalink. To select mumtliple segments in a single link, hold down Ctrl (or Cmd) and click.

Looks like another editor is all over the other segments, so you're good to mark this one as solved
