Newcomer needs location help

Need help getting started and understanding this app. According to my map i'm located in London when I live in New Jersey, US. How do I fix this?

What device are you using?

Does it have GPS? Is the GPS turned on?

Fixed!

using an iphone 4s. It was caused by another app. It's all good now

It was a security tweak that I was playing with when my phone was jailbroken, so I don't think there would be anything you could do for it.
