Thanks
The script must be named <something>. user.js else it will not work.
Use the original name of 141050.user.js and it should install fine.

I wonder if this is related to the script since we started seeing it sometime after the script was installed for both of us.
It might actually be due to something in the WME code that is not available anymore when the script tries to reference it, like an incomplete layer or object that was unloaded.
I use a hacked (modified) version of the script that has one or two extra features in, and have not had the greyed buttons. I somehow would live with the buttons rather than miss what the script reveals.

What could help in identifying the possible issue is looking at the Chrome error log when you notice the buttons went flaky. It might give Tim an idea what to look for or where to look if it is the script.
It might be that he just needs to bulletproof a portion of the code to accommodate a flaky WME session.

I fully agree. They are supposed to be butt-ugly and 'in-your-face'.
Looking around areas that I have 'unlocked', I would say that WME should go as far as NOT allowing any [other] edits while there are newly paved roads in your viewport.

People almost never remove all the paves of driveways or building complexes that are 100% useless.
They also seem to ignore the incomplete edit adjusts for previous pavers. Seems like it's too much trouble just to look up the actual street name or even area and fix the direction and turn restrictions.
Nooooo, there's 100's Km more of red road to add before they would do such a simple thing.

{edit} : Just clarified the edit part. Not being able to edit at all will not allow you to 'fix' the reds.

Firefox & Greasemonkey users should get the update automatically, or not?
It's only the diehard Chrome users like myself that will have to update manually.

I tend to opt for the solid red vs the translucent ;)

Does anyone know if there are color blind editors out there that might not be able to discern the greens or reds from other colors?

The -1 user should be listed as admin(6) in the dropdown if I'm not mistaken.

Word of advice before everyone goes off on a 'Q W' spree : make sure you verify existing turn restrictions first...

If a gas station shows up red it is likely missing the brand or address info.

Dumb question, but why not just subscribe to the thread ?

You will actually get notified when someone posts, including Tim when he updates it.

Open extensions and drop the file onto the window itself , not the tab.
