Not entirely true, if the sign is just upside down then the client should instruct the driver to complete a barrel roll as they approach the sign so they can read it correctly. ;)

There used to be a game where we'd report the oldest UR found in our areas. That was using the Cartouche editor which gave you a running day count on each UR. A quick search can find the thread.

A UR in the Desert East of Las Vegas:
Type: General error
Description: 1618 revere avenue San Francisco ca, 94015

I don't think even Bing is this far off.

Okay I have to share this one, it's not a Jolly User it's a mind boggling error by Bing.
Here is the UR:
Type: Incorrect address
Description: the search result for 1250 E 200 S Lehi UT is incorrect. The actual address resides about 2 miles North East of this result.

This is in Utah where all addresses are on a cartesian grid system and thus very difficult to get wrong, so I plug the address given into Bing to see why we got the bad results, and.... Bing pops out the search results pointing to roughly where the user made the report from, 1250 S 200 E Lehi UT. Bing actually swapped the cardinal direction components of the address.

Google search results linky

Wow, and why is Waze using Bing again?

Yea, but I don't think this problem is a gps issue, it's Bing somehow choosing to transpose coordinates. after all Google got it right, if it was just bad GPS data Google would also be wrong.
