First the fact that it's an intersection of four cities is meaningless. Those don't affect routing. In fact for most of the time I find the city layer useless and turn it off.

That said I took a look at it, made some tweaks for visual/turn instruction timing (moved the two turn ramp nodes back closer to where they actually start to ensure instructions are given in a timely manner. and changed the ramps to streets because at grade connectors are not Ramps.

All that done, none of which should have affected the reported problems and I don't see what caused them. Note There are actually two UR's one at each turn connector. And another one further to the east. Makes me wonder if the User wasn't having GPS signals, or wasn't ignoring instructions to take a different route to the final destination. In fact I'm wondering if Waze wasn't trying to route the user back to the freeway (M-53) just a few blocks to the west.

Edit: Went back, restored the doglegs and returned to ramp status.

Well previously that was basically was what we could guarantee we could do. That response was a bit on the rude side in wording. But before all we could do, (if we knew how to) was recommend a change in Bing maps and then later Google. But Bing was slow to correct locations if it ever did. And Google is hit or miss with user reviews. (I had someone from South Africa deny an update once because he couldn't see the change in the roads due to outdated aerials.) So that response, while not worded very well was honest about what could be done.

Yep just to clarify, my point was supposed to mean that when it was Bing, we tried to request corrections and once in a blue moon, one came through. But mostly they were ignored. Google isn't as easy to edit as Waze, but we do have far more capability there than we did when Bing was the source. And Google is now quite agile on fixes. It may just take a couple submissions of your first few fixes to get them accepting your input on the first try.

EDIT: not that I'm surprised...

Please search and show us specific locations. That page didn't find me any branches in TX, another search tool found me 10 U.S. Bank branded ATM's but no actual branch offices.

I seem to have misplaced a road. Can anyone help me find it? It's about a quarter mile long with addresses. Oh, and it has a name. That should help narrow it down.

I toughed I heard of one existing in the USA ;-)

Being a quarter mile long versus a .4 kilometer length does tend to narrow down it's potential locations.

No bridge, but there is a plane on the map.

This is on the PA Turnpike, at the Blue Mountain tunnel:

Type: General error
Description: does not recognize tunnel
Reported on: Jul-07

Uhm, does he want the display to go dark and only show the current road in the tunnel?
