Waze users next to me on the road

So i peek over to see a waze user since they are next to me turns on its a grandma, doubt they are using waze...Is the information upto date? This has happened many times. I found it very inaccurate.

I think it would be better and more usefull to some users if they could choose whether they wanted the security of delayed reporting of their position. I originally found Wazw while some friends and I were looking for location apps to use for a sort of "Tag" game using GPS. The delay prevents Waze from even realisticly being a consideration for that. It's still my favorite GPS type application and I love the idea of user-contributed "Social GPS", but for some of us who don't mind loosening the security a little, wish we could opt out of any intentional delays.

I was wondering about that. I have seen a few users that were seemingly right on top of me and I couldnt see a car at all around me :)
They are actually in the black helicopter silently hovering above your car.

So funny after i posted this i see on the new version of waze it gives us a tip on start up sometimes that users show up on the map after 1 min.
