I had the same probleme when trying to connect via 3G. I succed with wifi.

This problem had any relation to "waze". However, as many other applications Waze needs your allow to be use it inside Facebook. Please keep trying, and inform us if you succeed.

This happens when I change from one facebook account (personal) to a new facebook account (exclusive for waze)...
All the permissions are sent in the new account.
The app is registered in facebook and allow... but waze still give me this error.
I have try all ... go back to the original account. reset the permissions in facebook... not success.
