Points disappeared in My Dashboard

My points in "My Dashboard" on the waze website have disappeared. I was just ready editing the map, then i went to go to the waze app on the Iphone to check new map updates (weren't there) and then tried to log in on the forums, but I was logged out. After logging in back again, I went to see "My Dashboard" and all in a sudden all my events, roads travelled etc. are just removed and set back to zero. See image.

What's the problem? Can I get it back? (I got something like 1289 points after hours of editing the map)

Hey, the same thing's happened to me...hope it all comes back...was planning to go out wazing all day today...now am in two minds :oops:
henryx, how do i make sure I'm logged in to the proper server?

Make sure, you are logged into the proper waze-server. There is a big difference between waze.com (U.S. only) and world.waze.com (rest of the planet).

Points are re-appeared. Strange business... (I still get logged out by random at Forum etc.)

Well, after waiting a few days the error still continues... the number of points in the client (Iphone, 1.8.0.2) still tells me that i am at 706 points and have rank 9808.

However, http://world.waze.com/dashboard/ tells me I do have 1703 points (!!) and strange enough have the same rank, 9808.

Last Friday I addes many streetnames on waze.com for my city Amersfoort. Apparently the points for adding streets and adding streetnames doesnt appear in the total points in the client. Neither do the updated streetnames appear in the map of my client.

I tried to search the answers to my two questions but can't find it (search forum didn't went well)
1. How many time does is take tp see my points and rank added/updated in the client after I did a major streetnames update of my home city on waze.com?

2. When do the new/updated names appear in the live map of my client?

After a week I received a email that some of my map edits were placed on the live map... and got some hundred of points extra. however, the amount of points in the iphone client is still lower than on my dashboard (world.waze.com) this is strange...

how does this come? (addition on my first question, still not answered)

edit: my rank has not been changed for a week too, btw... (same here for my partner)

I'm having similar problems. My routes were updated yesterday and I saw all of my routes for Saturday (I remember this specifically because I drove a LOT on Saturday and I felt very accomplished when I saw all those numbers in my dashboard :lol:). Now my most recent posted routes are from Thursday. Friday and Saturday have just... disappeared.

Not only that, but my driving alerts, forum posts, rank, etc haven't updated in four or five days.

I wish I had an answer to your first question! I hope someone does, because I'm curious too.

I love waze, but I sure hope it gets more stable soon.
