HOV ramp

The on ramp in Burnsville, MN from Cliff road to Hwy 35w is an HOV only ramp. Directions tell you to take it rather than the normal one.

ok.... I fixed several u-turn nodes in the area and unlocked the segments so you can check and lock at your level.

I also made the HOV ramp a 'parking-lot-road' which should discourage waze from routing people onto it.

Thanks. When I drove that route today it correctly chose the regular ramp.
