Shift-z will show all the restricted turns in a view below a certain zoom level.

Type a question mark to bring up the shortcut screen in WME (shift-?). In that shortcut menu you can click on some of the characters and assign new shortcuts.

Prepare for a long list of things to review

The ramps from Armory east bound to Powell have turns that must be restricted (ramp to the right allows both left and right as does the ramp to the left).

These two ramps should meet at one point so the u-turn from one to the other can be restricted and so that they line up with the road across on the other side of Powell.

Turns need to be restricted for the on ramps as well.

Thanks for taking it as a learning experience. I realize you probably "inherited" many of the issues I pointed out, but we should try to fix as much as we can when we touch an area otherwise it looks like we support that style
