I traveled a total of 1374,4km in a week but it didn't count either (travel 805km in a week), Waze support takes weeks to reply and always comes with a generic disgusting reply.
They tell that lost the data, other time they ask me to draw manually the map, then they tell me that it's not possible anymore that the whole route that I went for needs to be covered with GSM/LTE (I have all my Google Location History data perfectly, if Waze belongs to Google, why don't they use it)?

Hm... that rather sucks. I think a lot of folk expecting this bonus from holiday travel, like me, will be disappointed to find out that heading to Grandma's house on Sunday and home after Christmas will not be added together.
