Need some help with please guys!

hi guys just trying to sort this issue out but having trouble any ideas, i have sorted the turns that the waze route provided a week ago but for some reason 2 ppl have said about turns and should i re do this junction with separate lanes instead of one point?

What have been the user complaints?

I'm not any kind of expert, but judging by how the GPS points diverge up at the top of A377 I can see why there could be issues about when directions are given. I usually see a triangular kind of junction in similar areas.

My bigger question is why the segments crossing the bridge from the A3015 have no city or street name. Couldn't that cause confusion for Waze?

P.S. Loved my visit to your city, about a million years ago. I swear I put on five pounds in a WEEKEND, eating the clotted cream.
