Continue onto highway command

Post by rcenteno_davis
I found a situation where a local road runs into an interstate ramp without prompting for a turn or generate a "continue onto I-YY" direction.

Driving on Cushing Parkway onto I-880 S will only prompt for the next exit. It would be nice to see a continue prompt letting the user know that he/she will be entering a highway.

This is similar to what was discussed in this topic: http://www.waze.com/forum/viewtopic.php ... 10#p180445

The solution it seems is to add a hidden, non-drivable, stub so that a decision can be made to enter the highway and induce the prompt. However, since I don't have edit rights for that segment, I cannot deconstruct it to see how the stub was created.

Any help would be appreciated.

What did you change? Also, this should be Primary Rd, and not a ramp. I know you didn't do it, but it something to fix while you are working on that intersection.

I made a subtle change to see if it works. If not, we'll find out in a couple of days.

On a side note.....are you editing in Laredo, Texas?
