Northboro, MA -- 'Exit'?

(update: I deleted the original segment to try to resolve this. New segment: https://www.waze.com/editor/?zoom=7&lat ... s=71009997 )

Turning right from main onto church, the turn instructions say "exit to the right". I'd expect "Take a right". I figured somebody snuck in a ramp when I wasn't looking. :-) I've torn this intersection apart, but everything looks right. Am I missing something? Anyone else hearing "exit"?

Hmm. I can't figure this one out. The problem with this intersection also seems to manifest if you turn left from Church St onto Main, where you get no turn instruction at all.

Typically, waze will give a "exit" instruction anytime you leave a highway segment with only a slight angle. But here the angle looks close enough to 90 degrees that it should cause a turn instruction. There seems to be something about the intersection that is making waze treat it as a slight angle rather than a sharp angle. I don't know what it is though.

No, just by inspection. Sometimes you find segments hiding under other segments.

I deleted the three adjoining segments and recreated everything. Since that breaks the original permalink, here's the new one: (I'll edit the original post, too)

and now we wait..

When you say "torn intersection apart" do you mean by inspection, or by rebuilding it? It's definitely broken. I would delete the affected segments and redraw them.

On a side note, it sure would be nice to get real time feedback on turn instructions instead of having to wait for them to go live in the editor.
