Another u-turn is faster than left turn?
At https://www.waze.com/editor/?zoom=5&lat ... -122.80481, there is a UR which shows the Waze recommended route to go past the desired left-turn at an intersection and to do a u-turn one block away and come back to a right turn.
It looks like this is a "classic" Waze finds it faster to go past, u-turn, and right turn rather than waiting for the left-turn light. The problem is, like many cases, is that the u-turn is totally valid and required in order for southbound traffic to access northbound-side businesses, etc.
I'm thinking there is nothing to do here.
