All the roads really are in livemap, regardless of what you see.

The livemap hasn't been visually updated in quite some time (due to Infrastructure Upgrades), however if you click on it or use it for navigation, it does use the correct data, you just can't see it.

You should look at the map in the client app.

Also, if you zoom in one more level from your link to the live map, everything changes.
