So I was sitting in traffic not moving much but knew I was helping the Waze world and then I thought about the points I could be getting if I was cruising on the open road.

Then I thought well taxis charge by time and distance, why not get Waze points the same way? After all it is a commuting app which means it's likely to spend a lot of time in traffic as opposed to on the open road.

Crazy idea or worth considering?
