Add Additional Police Options

Currently, police indicators say visible or hidden... Which is nice for spotting police speed traps. However, it'd be nice to have additional options such as Police patrol (when police are driving with traffic) and Police checkpoints or roadblocks...

I'd be ranked higher if I drove more than 5 miles to work. :-(
But I only have to drive 5 miles to work. :-)
