Been ignoring this for a few days, my rank on my dashboard is back where it belongs (298) and my points are showing the correct amount on the map editor screens (and I assume the app).
Nobody was in communication with me, but I assume that mine too were related to gas station reporting. Wow. At 8 points per, that's almost 3,000 reports.

The Dashboard won't reflect the same point value as the app, or the editor. I don't think that it tallies things like Gas Station reporting.
If you want to see your point total, look at:

That is the same tally that should show in the app, and in the editor. Don't worry about the Dashboard screen. I only posted about it because my national rank had dropped significantly, and THAT was reflected in the dashboard. Again, I don't care about the points, I just didn't want to be corrupted and be unable to edit.

Not sure if it's related, but after my points were updated last night on my dashboard, they were not updated on the map or on the app. Usually, I have 3000 more points on the map/app than on the dashboard. Now I have 7000 more points on the dashboard than on the map/app.
I think you have the same problem as me. The rank is based on the app/WME score which differs from the dashboard score. The dashboard scores are updating and the app/WME scores are not, so the rankings haven't changed in two days.meerachowdary wrote:Waze is nnot updating my rank either. Please refer to attachment. This problem is most likely specific to your accounts. As "Points Expert", I track all my dashboard stats in a spreadsheet so I can look for anomalies (I guess that's why they made me the Point Expert ).
I haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary on my account.
I did notice that the scoreboard didn't update last Tuesday, and as a result, the weekly top scorers didn't reset. If that was the problem, I would have noticed, as it would have caused me to lose about 40,000 points.
They're performing a points audit on both of you to try to see what happened. Give it a day or two.

As I posted two days ago, they're doing a points audit of both accounts (meerachowdary and failsafe) Hopefully we'll have some news after the weekend, which is Friday and Saturday in Israel.
You only get 6 points max per alert and you only get points for a few alerts per hour.meerachowdary wrote:I sent an email to them through the support from the general section.
