Hmm... Pinch to zoom works! But it works not too sensitively.
HTC Hero (Android 2.1 upd.1) + Waze 2.0.1.4
It should...I have found Waze and I have Samsung i5500 (same screen resolution of the Wildfire)SeDmit wrote:Not found in market

Not working on HTC Widfire so tried to get version 1.9 again using link shown, but marketplace shows only newest version so now I cannot access Waze at all. Is there an alternate way to download the previous version?
I was able to get version 1.9 and my HTC Wildfire is wazing happily again, If anyone else needs version 1.9, it is at getjar.com
1)Go to m.getjar.com on your phone
2)Select Quick Download code on the bottom of the page.
3)Enter Code: 29858 to begin download.

The updated version 2.0.1.2 still does not run on my HTC Wildfire - seems to be some graphics issues. In Australia, the Wildfire is released with Android 2.1 software and the update to 2.2 is not yet available. Waze 1.9 is good on the Wildfire (android 2.1) but Waze 2.0 is not. At least I can still use version1.9!
I also have a HTC Magic with android 1.6 and all versions of Waze are good on it.

I love the social aspects of this app but, I'm sorry, the routing absolutely sucks. It takes me off of 65 mph roads and puts me on 45 mph roads. It tries to take me the wrong way on freeway ramps. It does u-turns on freeways. I would not trust the routing to get me from one end of my driveway to the other. I truly am pulling for them and want this to work.
Thank you

This version does not let you rotate the screen just zoom in and out

should we expect a fix for the BLUETOOTH highjacking on a 2.0.* release ?
or will that important (and weird) bug be taken care of in 2.1 or something like that ?
