10th Street intersects with the Boulevard straight, and the right turn is allowed. I take this route everyday, that's how I know. I'm a level 1 editor.

We generally put a bend at the end of streets like that so the TTS gives a Turn command instead of a Keep command. It has to do with people's expectations. Please leave those doglegs in the road where you find them. At least until Waze changes the logic of TTS commands so it is no longer needed.

the turn is correct, but the angle at the intersection is not really there. There is no need to bear to the left before turning right. 10th street goes directly into the Roosevelt Blvd.
