I can't se my Points, it say Rank, last updated: 1.1.1970, 1:00. I have tried to logon both servers and it's the same on both. 
It takes a few days for your dashboard to start working.

You also have to choose the right Server:
http://www.waze.com ... For US
Http://world.waze.com ... For the Rest of the World
FI you are non US and Log on under http://www.waze.com you Never will See your Points.
