Road Direction Change based on time

In Chile some roads change the driving direction based on the time (for example, south to north between 7 AM and 10 AM, north to south between 7 PM and 10 PM.)
The map editor is full of errors from people not being able to drive in these roads during certain lapses of time.
We need a new feature to edit these parameters of the road and improve daily commute from house to work and viceversa.

PS: First time posting. I love Waze, It's THE gps app used in my coutry, everybody loves it. Keep the great work guys. Together we can make it even better.
