Sounds like your Nehbrown account is associated with a different email address. What does it say on the /dashboard webpage for your email address? And, if you're logged into the website/forum, perhaps just try changing your password so you're sure you and the Waze database are aligned.Nehbrown wrote:However it doesn't recognise my login. I asked for a password reminder - though I knew it was the same as for the website - and picked up the email (on the PC) with a totally different login name (world_xxxxx), and clicking the link took me to my usual web page. Could this be a server location problem? I'm in UK running Android 2.2.1 on HTC Wildfire.

FB events don't show up right away. There's some timing involved. I don't recall exactly what it is though...kampie0302 wrote:My Facebook events don't show up in Waze 3.7.1. I use a Samsung Galaxy Nexus.

20-30 minutes is no proof that heavy traffic doesn't exist. Data is needed=Wazers driving through.MrDiors wrote:I thought the app should be smart enough to remove the "heavy traffic" if for 20-30 mins no wazer on that route reports anything.

Search "prefer bluetooth" and/or "bluetooth android" and I'm sure you'll find some helpful info.frysco wrote:However, I noticed that there seems to be no way of sending the voice prompts/directions to a Bluetooth device (ie, headset).

I'd check to see what different options like "avoid highways" or "avoid toll roads" may have on better alternate route functionality.rrubin19in wrote:Whatever was done to the routing algorithms since March of 2013, undo them and revert back to the ones that actually worked.

I didn't ask if you changed them, but to check how adjusting those settings might change the results you get in looking for alt routes.rrubin19in wrote:Alan, None of those options changed

Wave twice if you aren't already.strigona wrote:Hi, I recently started using Waze on my Nexus 7 and I cannot seem to get the "wave to activate voice command" feature to work! The 3 finger touch works just fine. Has anyone else had this problem?

Hard to say. ASR requires a double-activation of the proximity sensor.strigona wrote:I've tried waving in every way I can think of. So either I'm terrible at waving or something isn't working quite right. Maybe I'll try pulling up adb/logcat later...

Integration with G+ is on the list of things to consider more strongly now, according to recent update posted by Shirli.molecacao wrote:That is funny. Since google now owns waze, it would be nice if I could add friends by user name again and not just facebook. I've got a couple friends that don't use facebook and have waze.
