Road properties in Map Editor

In the Swedish translation, we need to change some strings.

First, the string "1 segment selected" needs to be split into one for singular and one for plural. In Swedish, it'll be "1 segment valt" and "2 segment valda".

Also, we need to change the second word "Ingen" (the word under Street name) to "Inget".

I think that's it for now!

The same for Russain. Verbs in the past tense have different forms for singular and plural.

Hi,

Thanks for letting us known.
We have changed the script for the 'Waze Map Editor' to include this request.

one: 1 segment selected
other: '%{count} segments selected'

Is there any additional issues?

Best,
Orit

What I need is
1: 1 segment selected
2-4: %{count} segments selected
5+: %{count} segments selected

The reason is, that word "segments" have different form in my language.

This is a case for almost every string, where %{count} comes to play.

Thank you.
Hi,

You can always download the file for use, then you can see the commend line behind the string.
Also I try to write instruction for these strings. For Slavic languages we have the option to translate (one, many, few, other).

one: 1 segment selected
few: %{count} segments selected
many: %{count} segments selected
other: %{count} segments selected

I hope that answered your question.

Also an updated version for the editor with be uploaded, adding missing strings such as "yesterday" and "Today".

Best,
Orit

In the TRANSLATION I made "one", "few" and "other" - anyway it does not work in editor. The "few" category is never used.
You are correct, at this time we have some issues with the implementation of the "few" segments.
We are working to resolve this as soon as possible.

Thank you for keeping me updated.
