Make sure you are on the correct Server.

I also have a similar problem. Been using it for like 2months now and in the start it showed my score but went away within the first 2 weeks, since then it says zero :?

I'm facing the same problem, been using it for 3 days now, no updates with regards to score on my profile. Just the km reading goes down.
