Hyphenated house numbers
This has been discussed briefly, but never really resolved.
Some jurisdictions use hyphens in house/business numbering schemes; Hawaii is one of these. The two-digit prefix actually refers to the district, followed by the house numbers.
In the house data in the mass import, the prefix is not included. I notice that Google and Bing seem to handle searches minus the prefix or hyphen just fine. I'm not sure that was always the case, but it seems to be now.
So with new additions to the database, can I just assume I can just omit the prefix? We still don't know exactly how the Waze house-number database will be tapped in the future, but not wanting to wait indefinitely before adding missing numbers, I thought I'd ask.
