I think I may have identified the issue here..

I suspect that you will only get the rings around the camera IF you are travelling faster than the set speed for that camera.
Not sure this is true, as I mentioned above I was getting rings around a camera the client started alerting me to whilst I was stationary, and checking the camera in WME shows it to have the correct speed set.

Something else I noticed on the drive yesterday was a speed camera that failed to generate any notification despite (apparently) being correctly set up within WME.

I was approaching it down the westbound entry slip from the Hangar Lane gyratory, rather than along the westbound A40 itself - could there be some issue with cameras located on a different road to the one you're one?

Another trip, another set of findings... It seems that the blue throbby circles only appear on the first camera alert after opening the client, with all subsequent cameras driven by only generating the popup. Closing and restarting the client allows the circles to reappear on the next camera, but again after that no further cameras are so marked until the client is restarted.

Also, regarding the A40 westbound camera I mentioned above - tonight I approached it along the A40 itself rather than, as in yesterdays drive, joining the A40 from the Hangar Lane slip, and this tme it generated the popup as expected.

Had the same problem few times. Completely random, cannot tell what it depends on. Happened to me on M11, M25, A127 and few local roads in Southend On Sea area.

Previously I was on iOS, never had this problem. Now I'm on Android Jelly bean (galaxy note 2) and it just happens randomly. Probably bug within Waze app itself.
