INTL Server: Road shields display issue (Android)

Hi Wazers,

At this time, all Android devices running Waze 3.7 (and above) on the INTL server cannot display road-shields.
The issue does not relate to users on the NA server or the IL server.

*UPDATE* - Please note that this is relevant only to countries that previously had road-shields.

I'm from Mexico and I have the same error.
Can't view the maps.
Waze Version 3.7.3.0
Android 4.1.2

please, fix the problem soon ....

This is a completely separate issue. We have never had road shields in México.
