[ALL SERVERS] Scoreboard not showing rank [CATCHALL THREAD]

I just opened Waze this morning and looked at my rank. It shows 0 points for my rank. Also when I look at the rank of users for all states for all time, everyone has 0 points.

Does everyone else see this issue or is it something on my phone/account?

Ranking issue in the scoreboard
Hi Wazers,

It seems we have an issue with users ranks in the scoreboard.

Description of the problem: users’ rank is suddenly set to 0.

We’re currently checking the issue and working on fixing it as soon as possible.

My rank has been stuck at 0 for a long time as well.
Is there a solution to this?

My rank also dropped to 0 months ago...will there be an update regarding when this will be fixed? :)
