Update Request: Wrong driving direction
Took me to a dead end road. Not destination

And yes, he made the UR at a dead end but there is no indication of where he wanted to really go, so how am I supposed to know?

Mind reading, crystal ball, maybe I close my eyes and pick a place on the map?
Waze routing engine doing Dumb Stuff (tm) and snapping to the wrong road I bet.

This is one impressively long note that says absolutely nothing.
Problem: The map show where to find 109 La Fontenay Ct Louisville,Ky from New Cut Road louisville,Ky. The map show use Outer Loop then I-65 North Louisville then get I-264 east then get exit of Shelbyville Rd that is waste time. Best way is New Cut Rd to I-265 North and approx 25-30 mins to get exit of Shelbyville Rd then turn left then contiune straight on Shelbyville Rd till you see La Fontenay Ct on right. Use I-265 easy fast less traffics. Use I-264 to get Shelbyville Rd too much traffics

[I do wish that the message would be changed! I get tired of finding a road overlaying other roads because someone did what they thought they were being told to do.]
Oh god, you're right. I have one editor in my area who does this a LOT and I've seen it other times and I've always thought "Why in the world did someone draw this random L shaped path here??" That must be it, exactly.

<Reporter> Didn't take me to the right location
<me> Let me know the exact destination address and I'll see what I can fix here, thanks!
<Reporter> The location I was navigating to
<me> I don't have that information, I can only see about 500 feet around where you were driving

Do we need a "Golf Path" road type?

olestas wrote:Yeah, actually sometimes ETA is somehow 100% correct for me, even over quite long distance in traffic, like 30km. However sometimes I drive as officially allowed, and I keep loosing minutes here and there.
I had an eta on a 205 mile one way trip through the mountains be accurate to 2 minutes this past Saturday. Don't know how Waze pulled that one off since there isn't much cell coverage where I went.

I try to take note of the eta at a trip start and Waze is often VERY close unless some unexpected traffic or incident occurs. Always impresses me. My old TomTom it was usually +/- 50% on a good day ;-)

Back in the 90's there was a park in town where you could go for that, but it's been cleaned up since.
