Not really. We continue to churn through beta versions as features are matured. I was hopeful for September, but that's nearly over now. The latest release added a new bug related to a notification when deleting segments which have house numbers that needs to be addressed. I suppose September is still possible, but anything I write is just a guess anyway.

They are there and are, in fact, active every day. Rock Creek Parkway in Washington, DC, the poster child of time-based restrictions, is operating as it should. We also field requests from users to create time-based restrictions in the Update/Unlock country forums fairly regularly.

This feature could be made available within the next few days if all goes as planned. Fiendishly planned.

And now we are nearing November, still no time-bound options. At least we know it is being worked on. There have been quite a few updates (interface of the editor, elevation options, etc.), so it is looking better every time...just hoping the time-bound options are going to be applied soon...
